Do I need Apple Music?

SPOOL Mix uses MusicKit to access your library and play music through Apple services. Song availability and playback depend on your Apple Music access and your region's catalog.

Does SPOOL Mix change my playlists?

Recommendations prepare a listening queue. Exporting it to a playlist is a separate action you choose to start.

How do I shape recommendations?

In the app, you can choose Mixed, Focus, Chill, or Workout and correct or block content to guide later sessions.

Where can I read about privacy?

Read our privacy information for the beta, including local music data, the website, and support emails.

Where can I download the app?

The beta is shared with testers through TestFlight. A public App Store download is not available yet. We will add the download link here when it is ready.

Does the beta include purchases?

No. This SPOOL Mix beta has no in-app purchases or subscriptions of its own. Apple Music access depends on your service with Apple.

How do I report a problem?

Email jvela@rawcode.pe with your iOS version, app version, steps to reproduce, and expected result. Please do not send passwords or payment details.
